take I-91 SOUTH towards HOLYOKE/SPRINGFIELD - stay to the right to take the 291 exit
Then, take I-291 EAST to the Armory street Exit, which is Exit #3
Stay to the left when getting off the Armory Street exit to go 1/2 around the rotary staying left
Stay to the left going around rotary close to the State Police barracks
After keeping left near the state police barracks, now get into the right lane
and take the right onto Armory Street (you'll see Stafford Street straight ahead but take the right onto Armory street headed North)
Stay on Armory Street going through past the Carew street intersection
Then, take the 3rd right, which is Miller Street, and you will arrive at Van Horn Park.
